About Julie

Julie Champagne has been dancing since she was three years old. Having trained at the nationally known studio Denise Wall’s Dance Energy in Virginia Beach, VA, she has been a working dancer and actor since she was 16 and trained in Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Flamenco, Shag Dancing, and musical theatre. From dancing in commercials, movies, and stage performances in New York City, Virginia, North Carolina, and Los Angeles, Julie has a history of experiences on stage and with choreography and dance. In 2010, at 19, she auditioned for the Fox Hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” and made it to Vegas. In addition, she has danced at Walt Disney World’s “A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas” along with Buzz Lightyear, Stitch, and Mike Wazowski. In 2011, you can see her dancing in a Warner Brothers film, “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song,” alongside “Pretty Little Liars” star Lucy Hale, in “Country Heat” and “Country Heat Elite” with Team Beachbody. Julie has also worked as a voice actor in Los Angeles and local commercials, radio, and television, as well as as a dance teacher and choreographer for various nationwide studios for the past decade.
